Luxolo, a seasoned executive with over twenty three years’ work experience, fourteen of which have been senior executive positions in both private and public sectors. Luxolo is currently a Managing Director of Education at Adapt IT, a member of the Volaris Group listed in the Toronto Stock Exchange under Constellation Software Inc.

Luxolo is the MD of the Education business, with a mandate to grow the education vertical across Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific. Growth is advanced through organic profitable growth as well as mergers and acquisitions.  He is an active member at both Group Executive Committee (GExco), and Board. Adapt IT’s Education Division focuses on providing digitally led software solutions in both public and private higher education institutions.

Adapt IT has been providing higher education technology ERP solutions for more than 35 years. These solutions are focused on enabling and supporting higher education institutions in streamlining day-to-day process on the administration and academic realms. Key components cover student information systems, digital teaching and learning, data security and compliance, campus management as well as statutory reporting. Geographic spread of its customers includes South Africa, East and West Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Luxolo’s extentisive experience in the ICT industry, is backed up by formal certification in Project Management and Project Management Office (PMO), supported by his bachelor’s degree in commerce and executive development programme in management.Prior joining Adapt IT, Luxolo worked as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at National Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).  He was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency (ECPTA),  also worked as Senior Manager at Accenture, a leading global management consulting firm.
